Facility Fees

Facility Fee: Mervine Kahn

$2800 for up to 299 guests for Saturday. $500 discount for Friday.

$3000 for 300+ adding $500 per additional 100 guests.

Ceremony Room

For no more than 160 guests is $250.

The Bank Facility

$1500 for reception. Add $200 for small ceremony with reception in The Bank.

Ceremony in the Bank for more than 170 guests if using the MK for reception: $1250.

Kids Room

$400 - includes movies, coloring and a MK staff member in the room to watch the children while they are in the room playing. A buffet food line is optional; it will be added on to food costs.

Bridal Suite/Salon

$500 includes a sandwich & fruit tray, champagne for toasting, mini fridge fully stocked with sodas, juice, and water, and a coffee station.

Guest House

$500 a night. Sleeps 10 people. 1 king 2 queens and 2 bunkbeds. 2 full bathrooms. Eat in kitchen with dining room. Large living room.

Beverage Package: Per Person

Cold drinks/no liquor: $6.50 - Includes sodas, juice, and water. Has the option of cash bar for all alcohol.

Beer/wine: $15.00 - Includes 3 choices of beer and 3 choices of wine, sodas, juice, and water. Also has the option of cash bar for mixed drinks or no mixed drinks at all.

Add hard Liquor: $20.00 - Includes beer, wine, mixed drinks, sodas, juice and water.

Add Premium hard Liquor: $24.50.

Food & Dinnerware

The food is priced according to menu choices on a per person basis. The prices range from mid twenties on up, per person, depending on food selection. Plastic dinnerware is provided unless an upgrade of dishes/glasses is requested. $2.50 per person to upgrade to dishes. $1.50 per person to upgrade to wine glasses.

Payment & Facilities

All facility fees are due upon scheduling the event. Food and beverage are to be paid in full 21 days prior to the event. Facility fees cover the tables, chairs, linens, bar tenders, and servers. If the guest count exceeds our seating capacity, then rental of extra tables and chairs may apply.
